Delivery & Returns
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI), and to most destinations abroad.
All orders are generally dispatched the same day or within 24 hours.
Of course all orders are subject to credit clearance and availability of stock, but our site clearly outlines what our stock levels are. Just contact us if there’s something out of stock you would like, or something specific you are looking for – we’ll do our best to track it down for you.
Our postage rate is free for all orders throughout the UK and they take on average 2-3 working days for delivery.
Royal Mail standard delivery on UK orders is free and then £4 for the rest of the world.

All orders are sent in plain packaging to ensure complete discretion.
All deliveries will be made according to the carrier’s standard procedures. For standard delivery, a signature should not be required, however packages which will not fit through your letterbox may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.
Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.
Due to the current political climate, additional security checks are taking place in many countries. This may result in a small delay to the delivery of orders to certain countries.

If you are not totally satisfied with your goods for any reason, you can return them within 30 days of their receipt and we’ll be happy to exchange them or refund your money. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept items that have not been worn, removed from its packaging, altered or have had their tags broken/removed. Any item(s) returned must be in a resalable condition.
Returning an item will be at your own cost, unless there is a manufacturing fault or an error during the packaging procedure.
Goods are you own responsibility until they are received by our returns department. We recommend that any returns are sent via recorded post or you obtain proof of postage.
You have the statutory right to a ‘cooling off period’ which is 7 working days after the day on which the goods have been received. Barnes Superstore offer an extended 30 day return procedure and recommend you refer to this for guidance. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Upon receipt of your return, we will send confirmation of your exchange/refund by email. This process takes one working day from the delivery of your item(s) to our returns department. Monetary refunds can be instant or take upto 7 working days dependent upon the method of payment or bank account used. Exchange items are posted the same day, stock permitting.
